Membership Form

Any person desiring to promote the purpose of Phippsburg Historical Society shall be eligible for membership.

All dues are placed in the General Operating Fund and are used to pay expenses incurred by the Society during the fiscal year.

Society dues are due annually. The fiscal year of the Society is from July 1st to June 30th of the following year.

Membership Classifications:

     Single Membership: $10.00                      $_________

     Family Membership: $20.00                     $_________

     Patron Membership: $50.00                     $_________

     Life Membership:   $500.00                     $_________

The Museum Fund:

Donations to the Museum Fund are used to maintain the Museum Building. All donations are carefully recorded and are tax deductible. A record is kept of those in whose memory donations are made
